I take great care to ensure all corals arrive in the best possible health. This policy protects you in the event that something goes wrong during transit.

• Contact me at collectivecorals@gmail.com within 1 hour of delivery.
• Be sure to include clear photographic evidence of the coral in its original, unopened bag/container.

Please note that delivery must be accepted on the first attempt. Once the coral is in your tank, we cannot take responsibility for it
