When you place your order with us, we will only ship it out to you once we've confirmed a suitable delivery date with you.

Our shipping out days are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, for you to receive on the following day

Around a Bank Holiday weekends:
We recommend deliveries a week later after a Bank Holiday week due to the Post Office being busy.

Due to Covid-19 all next day by 1pm service Royal Mail have extended its time slot and could arrive up to 4pm, this does not effect your DOA policy.
Also delivery's are sometimes taking up to 2 days, so be aware when choosing your delivery day. Unfortunately this is out of our hands with Royal Mail during this Covid-19 pandemic, Your parcel is packed with 48hr heat packs.
