Terms & Conditions

Collective Corals will do all that it can to make sure that your order reaches you in a perfect condition.

By purchasing with ourselves from our online shop you agree to the following terms.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Paypal.  All our payments process is hosted on a secure server handled by WixPayments.

Return Policy

In any instance we cannot accept return of any coral purchase.  We ask that you take the proper precautions before placing any order of coral by fully researching first.  We cannot accept the return of the item once your order has been placed and/or received and reserve the right to deny refund.  Special instances in which you have mistakenly ordered an unsuitable item and the item has not been processed for dispatched and is still in our possession will we endeavor to cancel your order for you.

Cancellation Fees

Unfortunately some companies charge a processing fee for cancellations.  The buyer is responsible for any of the costs that are involved.  Therefore the fees imposed to cancel your order are deducted from your monies refunded

Dead on Arrival Policy

If your livestock item is received DOA we ask that you contact us immediately.

  • Please contact us via email Collectivecorals@gmail.com within 1 hour of signing for delivery. 

  • You will need to provide us with photographic evidence in its original container,  without clear photographic evidence we are unable to process for a claim.

  • All photographs taken must be clear of the coral in its original unopened bag/container.

  • The delivery must be accepted on the first attempt and signed for, If you have requested your delivery to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour the Dead on Arrival is void and no claims can be considered.

  •  Once the coral has been put into your tank we cannot take responsibility for it. 

  •  Delivery and packing charges are not refundable.

  • The Dead on Arrival policy is at the sole discretion of Collective Corals, we will be in contact with you when we have received all of the information on your claim. 

  • In some circumstances we may ask for the dead corals back, in their original structure, without any cut tips and in there unopened packaging.

  • Credit note given. NO refunds

Coral Availability

All of our corals that are available on our website are all home grown, and haven't been purchased and chopped up, so sometimes a coral might be out of stock and we cant give a date when they will be ready.  So if you are interested in any corals that are out of stock please contact us on Collectivecorals@gmail.com and we will email you when it is back in.

Shipping

We use APC Overnight service for our shipping service, they a specialist service in the transportation of coral. And also we use Royal Mail services.

  • We post out on Tuesdays and Thursdays for delivery on  Wednesday and Friday Via APC

  • We post out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Via Royal Mail.

  • Due to Covid 19 all next day by 1pm service Royal Mail have extended it's time slot and could arrive up to 4pm, this does not effect your DOA policy.

  • Also delivery's are sometimes taking up to 2 days, so be aware when choosing your delivery day.  Unfortunately this is out of our hands with Royal Mail during this Covid-19 pandemic.  Your parcel is packed with a 48hr heat pack.

  • We will be in contact with you via email to arrange a suitable delivery date for your order- if you have any questions or concerns please use the Let's Chat feature or Email Collectivecorals@gmail.com.

  • Your order will only be shipped out to you once we've confirmed a delivery date with you. 

  • Please make sure you give us your correct email and contact details and telephone number.
