I make every effort to ensure my corals reach you in the best health.  This policy covers yourself if something happens in transport.

 

• Please contact me on collectivecorals@gmail.com within 1hr of delivery

• Include photographic evidence of the coral in the original unopened bag/container

 

The delivery must be accepted on the first attempt.  Once the coral is in your tank I cannot take responsibility for it
